1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to customers, authorised users and anyone accessing Krishaa Konnect. Customers are responsible for their users, content, recipient selection, integrations and communication practices. Users must comply with applicable law and applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, commerce rules, messaging requirements and policies.
2. Prohibited messaging and conduct
You must not use the service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- message people without appropriate consent or another lawful basis;
- ignore valid opt-out, objection or suppression requests;
- engage in fraudulent communication, deceptive claims or impersonation;
- harass, threaten, exploit or intimidate any person;
- promote illegal products, illegal services or unlawful transactions;
- distribute harmful, abusive, hateful or exploitative content;
- collect personal information unlawfully or violate privacy rights;
- scrape data without permission or lawful authority;
- deliver malware, malicious links or code intended to compromise systems; or
- use abusive automation or excessive messaging that harms recipients, systems or service quality.
3. Platform and credential misuse
You must not attempt to bypass Meta policies, WhatsApp policies, messaging limits, product safeguards, access controls, review processes or technical restrictions. You must not misuse, share, expose, sell or obtain credentials, access tokens or account access without authority.
4. Consent, transparency and content
You are responsible for maintaining evidence of required messaging consent, providing accurate sender identification, using approved templates where required, respecting communication windows and giving recipients lawful choices. Content must not mislead recipients about the sender, purpose, price, availability or relationship with Meta or WhatsApp.
5. System integrity
Do not probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits. Do not upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations or another person’s rights.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, systems, third-party platforms or legal interests. We may preserve and disclose information where lawfully required. Enforcement decisions may account for severity, repetition, cooperation and remediation.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or policy questions to contact@krishaakonnect.com. Include enough detail to identify the relevant activity without sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
